You all know that Kriya Yoga is non-sectarian and scientifically based upon breath mastery, mind control and going beyond the mind and merging in the Soul. The Kriyaban (Kriya Yoga practitioner) functions from the level of the Soul. Hence, he is free from fear, anxiety, nervousness, stress, strain, disease, superstitious ideas, and dogmatic views.

The Importance Of A Healthy Body And Mind

As a Doctor of Medicine, I am convinced that the regular practice of Kriya yoga gives simultaneous development of body, mind, intellect and the Soul. In the scriptures, it is mentioned,

sariram adyam khalu dharma sadhanam

Meaning: Keep your body and mind fit and strong. Then achieve all greatness.

Benefits Of Kriya Yoga Practice

I remind you about the reminder from Mahavatar Babaji,

Swalpamapyasa dharmasya trayate mahato bhayat

The Bhagavad Gita Ch.2 Verse 40

Meaning: Even a little practice of Kriya Yoga protects one from the greatest fear of disease, decay, and death. We will be ever limited and small and insignificant if we will not realize our Soul, which is infinite all-pervading, omnipotent and omniscient. The Soul is the source of peace, bliss, happiness, success, prosperity, good health, and long life.

However, our destiny is in our hands. By practising Kriya Yoga correctly, regularly and sincerely with the deepest faith and devotion on God and Gurus, we can conceive God, perceive God, and realize God in this very life and in our every activity (thought, speech, and deed).

How Does The Self Reveal Its True Nature?

nāyamātmā pravacanena labhyo na medhayā na bahunā śhrutena |
yamevaiṣa vṛiṇute tena labhyastasyaiṣa ātmā vivṛiṇute tanūṁ svām ||

The Mundaka Upanisha 3.2.3

Meaning: The Self is not attained through discourses and through memorizing scriptural texts, nor through much learning. It is gained only by him who wishes to attain it with his whole heart. To such a person, the Self reveals its true nature.

To Whom Does The Self Reveal Its True Nature?

nāyamātmā balahīnena labhyo na ca pramādāt tapaso vāpyaliṅgāt |
etairupāyairyatate yastu vidvāṁ stasyaiṣa ātmā viśhate brahmadhāma ||

The Mundaka Upanisha 3.2.4

Meaning: The Self or Soul is not gained by men weak in body, mind, intellect, and spirit nor by the insincere, nor by those practicing (unintelligent) austerities. Wise men who strive with vigor, attention, and property attain union with Brahman. Time and Tide wait for none. A wheel of the bullock cart can’t fit into a motor car, nor a bullock cart or a motor car can reach the destination faster than an aeroplane. Life is short. Obstacles are many.

We should practice that technique which can take us to the destination fastest, just like an aeroplane that takes its passenger in the quickest possible time from one place to another.

The Only Method For God Realization

Kriya Yoga is the only method of God-Realization which is the most suitable to the modern times, which has undergone the scientific revolution and advancement, and when people are more educated and free from superstitions, fanaticism, dogmatic ideas, and sectarian views.

Hence it is no wonder, people in the developed countries are much eager and enthusiastic to learn and practice Kriya Yoga. They love and respect deeply Kriya Yoga and the Kriya Yoga Gurus. They know that Kriya Yoga is the only technique which can give them the simultaneous development of the body.

Mind, intellect, and soul in the quickest possible time. Kriya Yoga is the only answer to the problems of modern society and civilization.

There Is No Other Path

nanya pantha vidyate-ayanaya

The Svetasvatarupanishad 3:8

Meaning: There is no other path.

The Heavenly Advice

manmanā bhava mad-bhakto madhyājī māng namaskuru
māmevaiṣhyasi satyante pratijāne priyoasime

The Bhagavad Gita Ch.18 Verse 65

Meaning: You please fix your mind on Me. You please be devoted to Me. You please worship Me. You please bow down to Me. Surely you will realize Me. I am assuring you that you are dearest to Me and you will surely realize Me.

So, let us wholeheartedly and humbly extend our cordial welcome and full co-operation to the holy mission of Kriya Yoga Dhyana Kendra.

May God and the Masters bless you and your family and friends with joyful, stress-free life with all your noble intentions fulfilled.
